who filled it out, and who thinks they will be chosen?
I don't believe anybody filled it out did they? I was under the impression that Chris N said that he had only put the form there so that it could be used if and when a comunity leeder position came up which, so far as I'm aware anyway, hasn't happened yet.
yes, you're rite about that. although, it clearly says in the news file that they want people to respond anyway
The application is able to be filled out just in case the position comes up.

I won't fill it in and i don't want to be a comunity leader because it's a lot of responsibility. Sometimes a comunity leader has to make difficult decissions about disabling accounts and things like that.
But my oppinion is that we should have comunity leaders from different countries and also we should have more female comunity leaders.
I didn't pull one out simply because I'm not on here all the time. Plus I have to spend 99% of my time working on my own website. Not to mention it's alot of responsibilities. It states on the front page that just because theres a application out doesn't mean the position is open, or that they are going to choose CLs. Not sure why you'd want a application up on a site when you don't need people to monitor it. Just my opinion really it kinda leads to false hopes that those who really wantto become a CL fill the form out and then when the chance comes for a opening, that they wont be picked. So all that waiting went to waste. For me if I need someone else to monitor it, I'd put the application out yes, but I'd also interview each person to see if they fit the criteria.
that's a good point nikos. all the CLS are from the USA. although, on the other hand i guess it's an american site
Yes but the site is driven by its members who are not all American. That's what it says at the front of the page anyway.
i filled it out yes, i'll admit whole heartedly on here that i did, but don't think i'll get chosen.
